From couple of months Serum creatinine level going on higher side current status is 1.6 And eGFR levels are reducing Current status it is 44

Are you Diabetic or hypertensive? Needs to be evaluated further. Get an ultrasound KUB. What are your symptoms? This can be initial stage of renal dysfunction.
