Lower leg pain and back pen

I have lower back pan last 2 year i go and checkup with many doctors but still not relief And also as i am sports person and play cricket so i need to fit my back and my leg... I am using tablet gabapin nt 100 since to long but no any relief for calcium using zecol max, gemcol d3 but still i am suffering for high back pan and lower leg pain ancel pain and when i go to bathrom and sit from that time to my stand up time leg is paining and like my leg blast due to pain i am doing exercise for back ans setuup for leg but not good can any one help me.
