I had this pain few months ago where the lower left abdominal was giving a sharp pain. It pains for sometime then stops and it keeps doing that thw whole day. Next day onwards i qas absolutely normal. I have this pian again now. Last time i was given 2 tablets, Pan-D and other one I don't remember. So i took Pan-D. It suppressed for sometime but its paining again. Another symptom i observe during this pain is the feeling that i was to pee but seems like something has blocked the way and I can't pee. I got sonography done last time but it was normal apart from "Fatty Liver". Can someone help me out. Its really painful.
