My wife is suffering from lower back pain for a long time. Whenever she does regular exercise it is in control. Suddenly 3 days back she had severe pain without lifting any heavy object. Currently she is on the bed and cannot sit or walk. She is currently using electric heat belt, but that is not helping much.Pls advice.
