There can be main reasons for lower back pain. Change your mattress. Do not spend long hours sitting and on computer. Get an xray spine done ap view. It will rule out if any abnormalities like disk prolapse or osteoporosis is there. Highly unlikely at this young age. I doubt all your problems are posture related. Do not bear heavyweights.
