Sir actually i need a medical prescription on letter head of your. I need you to mention that the patient is having a problem in lower back and he's fit to work now. My advise is not to do heavy works because the recent back problem. Sir i will tell you what is happened to me the lower back problem is really persist to me. The reason of medical prescription is i took 3days leave because of lowerback issues recently. If you don't understand my words. So i will call you and tell you everything.
