This happens with nothing heavy Workout, when casual work just tik sound or feel in lower back and next day it pains like hell. We can't even sit,stand or properly walk. What to do for this. Pls help

Do hot fomentation thrice daily. ZERODOL ointment for local application thrice daily. Tab Aceclofenac 100mg+ Thiocolchicoside 8mg 1 tab twice daily (5days)
