Lower back pain(sciatica)

I am having pain from my back till my foot on my left side leg. It gives a shooting kind of pain,sometimes numbness and tingling sensation. When the pain gets extreme i feel like throwing up and feel weak. Please suggest me some medicines which will help me releive the pain.
