Lower back pain problem l4/l5 and l5/s1

I was having severe back pain starting from sept 2017, i am in much better condition after taking Ayurvedic panchkarma but not recovered fully. I would like to recover fully and start normal life. Let me know if this is possible with help of some other safe treatment or surgery is the only option. I would like to avoid surgery
