I Got A Pain On Lower Back Since 1 Year. I used to go for swimming. my Doc Has Prescribed Calcium Amd Pain Kileers Pills. Recently He Has Told Me To Use Back Belt. All For No Effect. Pain Is Still There. What Should I Do?

hello,firstly the site of pain in lower back is imp( not mentioned) ...it may be related with swimming but also with some sudden  changes in lifestyle.kindly modify urself ergonomically.wear corset while travelling and ambulating.do hot water fermentation followed with mild stretching.avoid lifting heavy weights n long distance travelling.
