Dear sir /madam , I am experiencing a lower back pain on the left hand side of my body. I did phisiotheraphy 2 to 3 month back but didn't help. since last 1 week the pain is even more and applied ointment but it's not helping

Sorry to hear that..take good amount of REST....see an orthopedician and physio again..at ur age muscle sprains are common but still you need to cross check with a doc for other causes
