It's due to disc herniation noted At Multiple Levels probably l3-l4 andl5-s1. Got aggravated because of certain stretching and jogging. Take complete bed rest, wear ls belt , take analgesics and nerve supportive agents.

Get 1 MRI done for ls spine. Then you need to start with physiotherapy for 2 weeks, then continue with spinal extensor and abdominal muscle strengthening exercises
