Lower back pain

Mom got pain in lower while doing work now it is getting severe and unable to sleep sit or even in toilet. Plz suggest quick fix

Jerk induced back pain is a common cause of impaired participation in daily activities these days. Go with alternate application of ice and hot pack if it has been long since the occurrence of pain. Avoid forward bending, sitting without support and perform any activity that requires the body to be maintained for prolong period of time. It is best to take rest, do proper icing+heating, consult a proper physiotherapist
