Sir/Mam i am facing issues whenever i am sitting through back or laying straight. Seems something is pinching and giving pain in lower hip joint ( last vertebrae i guess) Its getting very uncomfortable seems at hip joint i feel something is poping out or not in actual position, though no slip disc. Please help me accurate and sort this out. What to do? What is the root cause, how to get rid off this. Do's and Don's etc.
