Joint pains are already a part and parcel of pregnancies. Your growing baby and all the associated hormones might exxacerbate your previous (pre-existing) conditions. 1. Sleep with a big semi-soft pillow between your knees (always).
2. Do your stretches regularly; on waking up, mid-day and before going to bed.
3. Always sit with your feet up.
4. Stay as active as you can.
