Lower back pain in getting up from bed

My mother is 54 years old and she feels lower back pain and difficulty in getting up from bed. Whole day she has no pain in her lower back while walking or doing something or durinf yoga. But she feels pain in her lower back if she gets up from sitting in a chair or bed or getting up from bed. She feels pain in certain movement especially if she sits and gets up. Please help.
