I've been having lower back pain since 11/2 year, unable to sit for halfan hour without pain.i gone through medicine in khammam but of no use.please suggest me.

For your age such a great problem needs to be evaluated properly clinically as well as radiologically you might need to get an x-ray as well as an MRI scan for the doctor to understand your problem properly after clinical examination
