Lower back pain

I ve been experiencing mid lower back pain probably at the lower part of my right cartridge. Please advice. Im kind agraid if this is a symptoms of kidney problem? Thanks

Simple USG abdomen will give u a clue wether it is related to a kidney...if there is a involvement of kindney then only backache will only be not the problem...along with there will be a burning micturation and pain along with back it will come forward towrds inguinal region...
