  4. Lower back pain. Lasts about an 1 hour.

I started having lower back pain in my right side. It felt like stabbing and lasted about 3 minutes. After a half a week of that the pain spred from my right to left and lasted about 10 minutes. Now my entire lower back hurts. The pain is not stabbing but aching and lasts about an 1 hour.

Hello there . I can understand your concern.  I would suggest you get it checked out by  a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. He will examine yiu and suggest you further.  Till then take a tab. Zerodol-th twice a day after food for 2 days. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
