[ ] Hi, right side of abdominal discomfort generally happens due to problem in liver/ gall stone or gastritis and rarely due to infection in right part of colon .Other causes of lower right pain abdomen are appendicitis and right uretric stone colic. It might be related to exercise which u have started probably recently! Since I don’t know the details I cannot tell you to take medications. Stop exercise for few days take rest and if still it persists then see a doctor.
