I had a back spasm a 2 months ago after medication and physio it was gone but now it has come back but the pain is different this time(intense and unbearable pain and a point in the lower) it feels like someone is crushing my bone. It comes whenever i sit and starts 10 sec after i sit and also while laying down(it didn't hurt before while laying down). I can't even sleep now.. I'm 16 years old

Since it is a severe pain you need to show to a doctor and take emu of the back to rule out any lesion
