Lower back pain

I cannot sit for periods longer than 20 minutes without lower back pain kicking in. I've already made it a point to do frequent pain relieving exercises (every 20 minutes), but this is still not enough. It has come to a point that driving to work (takes 1 hour) is getting more and more difficult.

Work on your posture and do some exercises. Consult a physio if need be.
