I am suffering lower back pain, pain at both sides of spinol cord, buttocks and right tigh, previously I consultated artho Doctor, he gives medicines like Zerodol MR and pantop D.. But not get pain relief and I checked kidney stones, but no stones in kidney.. Still pain is there, unable sit and bend, regarding this please help me

Kindly get an Xray / MRI done to rule out any Disc condition. Also you will need Physioptherapy alond with excercises and pain medication.
