Hi Doctors, i am looking for ortho specialist,have problem at back pains me when i ride two wheller, as well i am not able to sit,continuous riding hurts me a lot.please suggest me how can i get rid of this pain.

Hi, Back pain without leg pain usually resolves with Physio - IFT. Once pain in controlled do back strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Consult ortho Specialist - Venu Raj.
