Lower back pain

Hi doc i have hard lump in left  side lower back from 10 years while doing lower back exercise in gym its paining from 5 days lower back is paining sometimes pain goes severe unable to walk ,lie down, can't bend .In pain can't sit for motion sometimes leg got numb I thought there is lipoma but today general surgeon said bone is increased that why its paining what should I do

Must get the lump checked up - What's the origin and whether is it fixed to muscle or bone . Should get evaluated for neurology (motor and sensory deficit , if any problem in passing stool or urination )

Should get and Xray - LS spine -AP/lateral If  nothing shows up - Must get an MRI LS spine with whole spine screening
