Hello doctor... Suddenly from past one week my lower back is paining alot... The whole day I'm having the pain.. But at night I'm feeling little relax while sleeping.. Pls help me

You can take TAB ARFLUR M R ,twice daily , TAB ACILOC 300 twice daily , local application of move gel or any analgesic ointment . Hot fermentation . Hard bed rest . If not get relief within 3 days consult orthopedician .
