Hello doctor I am having lower back pain for last 3 decades. Sensation in legs as well. Kindly suggest what exercise and precaution to take. Please find attached MRI report. Weight 90 kg. Thanks

Last 3 decades.having pain? Ur age is 25? Well as per reports may or may not need surgery but can’t say till proper consultation. Thanks
