I had a gradual developing lower back pain. when I sit for long it aches. I get a little relieved when in a sitting position twist myself 180 degrees both to the right and to the left. usually, i get a cracking sound on my back as I get the relief. lately, it got so painful I could not walk or sit. I was given Cataflam and another pain relief so I feel better. I'm still worried as I still have some pains inside. I used to have numbness in my left hand also.
