I've historically had a weak lower back. I recently developed ankle pain due to sprains that happened while I was trekking. I also have an IT Band issue that runners have.
I have a half marathon coming up in 40 days and my body suffers the brunt. Last half marathon ended in an IT band pain that caused me to limp half the race. Want to improve them
I had ORIF ankle surgery in September. All good in ankle .
