Lower back pain after D&C

Hi Doctor, I am suffering from lower back ache since 1 month after my D&C. I had a missed miscarriage because of which I had to do D&C. It's been a month but I still have severe lower back pain while sitting for a long time and while lying down straight. Please help

The .main suspect for back pain after DNC is mild to moderate infection, consult your gynae for this, so that she can examine and see you.
