I started having lower back pain and nerve tingling all around my body 8-9 years back. I got used to it but lately it increased and it stays all day around my back and legs while laying down or standing for long. I did Xray which States- Loss of lumbar lordosis is seen. Grade I anterolisthesis of L4 over L5 vertebra noted. Reduced intervertebral disc space is seen between L5/S1 level. What Is the Treatment now and how much physical activity is safe for me as I am active at gym and my job requires Lots of walking.

You can continue walking and light gym activity, but avoid heavy weightlifting, deep squats, deadlifts, twisting movements, and high-impact exercises. Physiotherapy, heat therapy, and short courses of pain-relieving or nerve-calming medicines can help during flare-ups. Surgery is not required at this stage unless there is worsening leg weakness, numbness, or loss of bladder/bowel control.
