I am 23 years old and from Mumbai, I get sudden lower back pain which cause my upper body move slightly rightward I don't understand why this pain occur. Does drinking less water cause bone problem ? Please suggest a solution.

No relation of water with bone U may have postural back ache Pl do exercise and stretching for back and yoga
