Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi, I am 21 weeks pregnant and suddenly having lower abdomen ache which is sever while I am lying down and not able to get up easily. Even having trouble with sleeping positions. The pain is now obstructing me to walk and sit also and it extended to vaginal part. Pls suggest any remedial action for it. Thanks !!
