Lower Abdomen and pelvic area pain

Hi, i missed my periods on 1st April. from the said date, i have pain in pelvic area,  lower abdomen. its sharp pain occassionally. Back pain and also started pain in nipples. Didn't checked pregnancy test because of this lockdown situation. Intercourse on 14th March, whether these all the symptom of pregnancy or, PMS.

both PMS and pregnancy has similar symptoms like how you said so we cannot guess whether this is PMS or pregnancy only way to differentiate is to do a urine pregnancy test
