Suffering lower back pain for more almost two months. pain travels down to both legs and on the front part of the legs below waist. Unable to sit or stand as get hammering pain, cant bend as feel very tight and painful. Consulted Ortho in Ambernath, took medicine course for three weeks and also did physiotherapy for more than fifteen days but no respite. The pain is increasing. Please provide soluton
