Hi - take more high calorie diet. add butter rice , polao , home made biriyani ,more carbohydrate, enriched with high quality protien like 2 eggs,100 G size fish/ chicken, some time times lean meat weekly, nuts group can add in mid afternoon. oil up to 4 tsf but no junk,fast out side story foods. sleep min 8 hrs.take max vegetables 4 to 5 servings & 3 times fruits.
