At 68,000  platelet count is low but it is not a disaster unless you have to undergo surgery. To increase Platelet count naturally Vit B10, B12, Vit C, Vit D and Vit K are useful. They are found in legumes (मटर, लोबिया, बीन्ज़, हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां, गोभी, ब्रोकोली , ) Also found in non veg food like Liver, bone marrow, fish, eggs , milk . Also found in Citrus fruits At least one dish containing these vegetables or non veg will help you. Avoid Alcohol, Cranberry juice and artificial sweeteners.
