Although a little on the lower side, in absence of any infection or signs of bleeding from any place in body like gums, nose it should be a reason to panic. The counts of other series of blood cells would also be needed to opine on this. Watch for blue black patches on skin. Repeat CBC and see if the count has improved or has gone down. Get back to consult after that.

Give details history.. Joint pains can have  many reasons. Low pl count is not enough information
