Low platelet count

Hi, my friend a 30 yr female has 126000 platelet count with no infection . Is it normal? Should she go for any other test to know the underlying cause, if so what test ?

Recheck the platelets after 3 days .Nothing to worry if asymptomatic.If there is further fall in platelets please contact.

If she is asymptomatic then nothing to worry, if any fever or bone pains are present please get one dengue profile igg igm and ns1
