  4. Low Platelet and MVP. To normalize both?

Low Platelet and MVP

My platelet is 127 Low (Range 150-410) and my Mean Platelet Volume is 14.1 High (Range 6.8 to 10.9). Is this something worrying? And do i need to take some medicine to normalize both?
