Hello Doctor Its been 10 days since I got my periods but there is no bleeding at all. Please suggest any remedy to get free flow.

If this is the first time and chance of pregnancy is there, do a urine pregnancy test. If your menstrual blood flow has decreased from few cycles, get evaluated for thyroid and pcos problem
