Hi. Since u have stated that Ur lazy, you can write down a full day routine chart of ur daily activities with timings. Add more tasks or other extra activities to it . Try completing all. Keep urself busy. Change urself into active person . Try doing some favorite hobbies and work. Start talking to friends and relatives. Things will change. Meet a psychologist once. They will suggest wat can be done for improving memory power after assessing ur level.
