My Hemogram test report: hemoglobin: 13.4 gm/l packed cell volume: 43% WBC count: 6.52 10^3/mm^3 Platelet count: 339  10^3/mm^3 RBC count: 5.3 million/ul MCV: 80 fl MCH (calculated): 25* pg MCHC (calculated): 31 g/dl RDW: 14.9* % ESR: 6 mm/hr Neutrophils:44 % lymphocytes: 41* % Eosinophils: 8* % monocytes: 7 % what disease/ health condition does low mch indicate here?

Low mch itself does not specify a disease. Your Hb is also towards the lower end. Need to know if you feel fatigued all the time, breathless, dizzy, any bleeding etc and may need further tests to check for iron deficiency etc to know cause of this. Consultation May be helpful. Thanks

Your total hemoglobin is near normal so MCH and MCHC are also normal. These values vary with MCV the mean corpuscular volume and if cells are a little larger in size, MCH and MCHC may appear lower even at normal Hemoglobin level. Dont worry, your counts are normal
