Low Iron Value

From the attached reports I see that Iron value is way below the reference range. But, when I showed it to my doc, he says that's nothing to worry about. I would like to re confirm the same from here. If it is an issue, what should be the further course of action. Kindly help with your views. Thanks in advance.
