Low hemoglobin

My hemoglobin rate is 11.4,(,normal 13),Mcv 108,(normal 100) mchc29.1 I had recovered from covid 1month ago. Is the low rates means thelassemia?is it serious?i am really tensed.please guide me doctor.

If you have never been diagnosed with Thalassemia till now, it's unlikely to be that. It can be dure to vitamin b12 deficiency or some other problems. You can take neurobion forte 1 everyday for a few months. Consult me on practo for more detailed evaluation and treatment.
