Low hemoglobin
My hemoglobin rate is 11.4,(,normal 13),Mcv 108,(normal 100) mchc29.1
I had recovered from covid 1month ago.
Is the low rates means thelassemia?is it serious?i am really tensed.please guide me doctor.
