Hemoglobin is very less around 6. Is red wine is useful to increase hemoglobin? HB was 8.7 in July and now it is 5.8, all test related to blood has been done but their is no such issues raised.

Hello. You take one chukandar, one small piece of jaggery, one pomegranate daily. Eat green vegetables daily. Avoid junk foods. Take alfamalt forte in one glass of milk daily. Take ferrum metallicum 30 thrice daily and China 200 once daily.

5.8 HB is very low. Thorough clinical examination, followed by relevant investigations have to be done like hemogram, but B 12, folic acid estimations, bone marrow examination, CECT abdomen, chest, colonoscopy, upper GI endoscopy
