During recent Lipid Profile test, it is noted that I am having HDL (29) and High VDL (132). I am 6'2", 100Kgs 43 years old Male. No other ailment is resulted. I am a vegetarian with occasional Non-veg (not cooked in home as family is strict veg). I used to walk for about 3kms daily.
Please advise me diet plan as per Indian food style (which can be made available at home easily)

HDL is good cholesterol it should be high ,
And VLDL is bad cholesterol it should be low ,
You also need to look after your cholesterol ,
