HB 8 is moderate level of anemia. Give menstrual history..if menorhhagia ..then correct it.  Consult gynac Do Anemia profile blood reports Correct iron vit-b12 by medicine Improve dietary intake for that also SOS  later on consult haematologist later if. Required
