Low HB in third trimester

I am in 29 week of pregnancy and my HB has come down to 9. I am taking cibifer tab and Dexoange liquid, still it has decreased. I am really worrying. This is my rainbow pregnancy and have cervical cerclage placed. I am fearing if this will harm my precious baby.

Connect for consultation. Have u undertaken thalassemia screening test??? If it's not increasing with oral iron preparation then u can choose to have intravenous iron injection.
