My father is suffering from cml-cp. During starting therapy, hydroxyurea was given for 15-20 days which lowers the hb from 10.7 to 10.2. Now Dastinib 100mg has started. I am really worried that if hb decrease like this he will suffer from anemia. Does Dastinib also decrease hb?
